Alexander Bauer

Alexander Bauer has an extensive work experience in AI and machine learning roles. Alexander started their career as a Machine Learning Engineer at Bosch, where they simulated a sonic sensor for robotic applications. Alexander then worked as an Intern at AUDI AG, where they processed 3D measurement data to enhance driver awareness. Alexander later joined HOTEL DE AG as a Mobile Application Developer, creating an in-vehicle hotel search and booking application. Alexander then worked as a Research Assistant at Bielefeld University, implementing data mining and machine learning algorithms for a 3D holographic projection system. Alexander then joined Sensorise GmbH as a Machine Learning Engineer. Alexander then worked at LEO Innovation Lab as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on AI-assisted skin disease diagnosis. Alexander also worked as a Machine Learning Consultant at Upwork, developing a microservice for extracting data from medical blood test reports. Alexander then worked at Omhu as a Machine Learning Engineer, focused on MLOps and automation of the data science team's workflow. Currently, they work at intive as a Senior AI Solution Architect, where they are involved in analyzing customer requirements, conceiving innovative AI/ML solutions, and leading the implementation of AI/ML projects. Alexander has a strong background in AI and ML technologies and actively keeps up with the latest advancements in the field.

Alexander Bauer has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Intelligent Systems from Bielefeld University, which they obtained in 2017. Alexander also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Intelligent Systems from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, completed between 2015 and 2016. Prior to their master's degrees, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Tübingen in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Cognitive Science from the same university in 2012.
