Krystian Polanski

Krystian Polanski has extensive work experience in the field of product and UX design. Krystian currently holds the position of Lead Product Designer and Design Team Lead at intive, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they ran their own consultancy firm called Krystian Polanski Design, specializing in UX and Product Design. Krystian also served as a Product Design Mentor at Uniwersytet SWPS and Design Mentorship.

Krystian has previously worked at companies such as Showpad and BlackBerry, where they held positions as Senior Product Designer and Principal Product Designer/UX Consultant, respectively. Krystian was employed by Intive GmbH as a Principal User Experience Designer and Senior Product Designer. Before that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer/Product Owner at Ordnance Survey.

Earlier in their career, Krystian worked as a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Monterail and as a UX/UI Designer and Junior UX Designer at DataWalk. Their work experience demonstrates a strong background in product design, user experience, and mentorship in the field.

Krystian Polanski holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) in Architecture and Urban Planning from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Additionally, they pursued studies in Architecture at Université libre de Bruxelles. Krystian has also obtained several certifications including Design Sprint Masterclass Certificate from AJ&Smart in 2022, The Umami Strategy Practitioner from Aga Szóstek in 2021, The Perfect Map from Service Design Show in 2020, Data Driven Design by Paulina Walkowiak from cux.io in 2019, UX Workshops: Planning and Conducting from Wojtek Kutyła in 2018, and UX Research from WitFlow in 2017.
