Phil Redman

Phil Redman has a diverse work experience in finance. Phil worked at INTO University Partnerships as the VP of Strategic Finance and the Director of FP&A. In these roles, they were responsible for managing a team, overseeing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. At Virgin Atlantic, Phil held the positions of Senior Manager of Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager of Loyalty, Sales, and Marketing, where they focused on financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Phil also received recognition for their significant financial contribution to the loyalty program and cost-saving initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Nationwide Building Society as a Lead Technician, managing the period end process, reporting, and variance analysis. Phil started their career at Sun Microsystems as a Finance Analyst during their industry placement.

Phil Redman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies at Bournemouth University from 2004 to 2008. Phil later pursued further education in Accounting and Business/Management at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2008 to 2011, earning the degree of Chartered Global Management Accountant.
