Samantha Yong

Samantha Yong has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on supporting global expansion projects and managing HR teams. Samantha is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at INTO University Partnerships, where they serve as a global HR Business Partner for the International Student Recruitment team. Prior to this, they were the Asia Human Resources Director at Wyndham Destinations, where they supported business expansion and operations in various countries in Asia. Samantha has also worked as an entrepreneur at Global Impact Enterprises and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at SECOO. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at New Setup - Building New Luxury Hotel Brands, Wyndham Hotel Group, Baxter Healthcare, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Overall, Samantha's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR strategy, team management, and supporting business growth.

Samantha Yong pursued their education from 2018 to 2022 at the University of Liverpool, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Alongside their formal education, Samantha also completed a certification as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in 2020.
