Sharon Sundue

Sharon has spent her career in US higher education. She received her Ph.D. in History from Harvard University and was first appointed as a professor at Drew University in 2002.

Prior to becoming Executive Director of the INTO partnership at Drew University, she served as Associate Dean of Curriculum and Faculty Development for the College of Liberal Arts at Drew. Under Sharon’s leadership the INTO partnership enabled Drew to grow international enrollments from 3 percent to 20 percent of the total undergraduate population and, as a result, Drew is now ranked 6th among baccalaureate institutions for the total number of international students enrolled.

In August 2018 Sharon expanded her responsibilities to become VP Academic Affairs for INTO North America. As Senior Vice President, Sharon continues her academic leadership, working closely with university partners to develop and coordinate academic programs that promote both sustained enrollments and student success.
