Donna Goodwin

Donna Goodwin has extensive work experience in operations and research roles. Donna is currently working at Intouch Insight, where they started in October 2021 as the Director, Strategic Accounts/Senior Operations Advisor. Donna then became the Business Unit Director in October 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of Operations since April 2023. Prior to their current role, Donna worked at SeeLevel HX as the Chief Operating Officer starting in August 2020. Donna also held the positions of Vice President Operations, Assistant Vice President Operations, and Senior Project Director at the same company. Their earlier work experience includes roles at GfK, where they served as a Research Director from April 2015 to November 2016, Director of Operations from July 2013 to April 2015, Operations Manager from February 2009 to July 2013, and Scheduler from December 2006 to February 2009. Donna started their career at Mystery Shopping Scheduling Company as a Scheduler and later became the Scheduling Manager. Overall, Donna has demonstrated leadership and expertise in operations management, research, client relationships, and team development throughout their career.

Donna Goodwin earned a Bachelor's Science Degree in Business from Brescia University, starting in 2014 and completing their studies in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Brescia University from 1992 to 1994, working towards a BS degree while double majoring in Math and Computer Science.
