Howard Hsia

Howard Hsia is the Vice President of Customer Success at Intouch Technology Group. Prior to this role, Howard was the Director of Customer Success and Project Manager at The Clinician. Howard also has experience as a Quality Officer and Medical Laboratory Scientist at Auckland DHB, specializing in Diagnostic Genetics and Anatomical Pathology Services (histology). Howard holds multiple degrees in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Otago and a National Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from St John Ambulance New Zealand.
