Fiona Laffan

Fiona Laffan is an experienced corporate communications expert currently serving as the Global Head of Corporate Affairs at Intermediate Capital Group since January 2021 and as a Member of the Remuneration Committee at Keble College, Oxford since June 2022. Laffan also contributes to the non-profit sector as a Board Trustee at Greenhouse Sports and an Advisory Panel Member at IntoUniversity. Previously, Laffan held leadership roles at Prosek Partners as Managing Director, and at Lloyds Banking Group as Group Corporate Communications Director, where responsibilities included overseeing a large communications team and budget. Laffan has also worked at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director for EMEA Corporate Communications and as a Partner at Brunswick Group, specializing in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Laffan began a career in financial analysis at Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank and holds a First Class MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
