Rich Wheeler

Rich Wheeler currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Intralot, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rich was the President and Co-Founder of Lottery Now, overseeing business and corporate development to transform the $80 billion industry through innovative technology solutions from November 2018 to November 2023. Rich has extensive experience in the gaming and lottery sectors, including significant leadership roles at IGT as Regional Vice President and Camelot as Senior Vice President for North America, where responsibilities included business development, strategy, and operations in North America. Earlier career experience includes consulting at The Berkeley Partnership and a senior management position at Accenture, where Rich led large-scale transformation programs for major global companies. Rich holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
