Nicole Bauer

QC Research Scientist at Intralytix

Nicole Bauer has been working in the field since 2016. Nicole began their career as a Sales Representative at Agriberry Farm and CSA. In 2016, they also began working as a Video Analyst and Undergraduate Researcher in Dr. David Hughes' Lab in the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences, where they analyzed videos of ants and recorded data on their social interactions, movement, and food sharing. In 2018, they took on the role of Undergraduate Researcher in the GenomeTrackr project run by the FDA, where they extracted and sequenced genomic DNA from E. coli strains.

In 2018, Nicole also began working as the Club Sports Council (CSC) Secretary at Penn State Club Sports. Since 2017, they have held the roles of President and Safety Officer and Treasurer and Safety Officer at Penn State Club Sports - Club Taekwondo. Since 2019, they have worked as a QC Research Scientist at Intralytix, Inc.

Nicole Bauer's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Immunology and Infectious Disease from Penn State University, which they completed in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an IB Diploma Programme from Annapolis High School in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.
