Hannah Töpler

Hannah Töpler's work experience is as follows:

- Founder & CEO of INTRARE, a social startup that focuses on revolutionizing the inclusion of refugees, LGBTIQ+ individuals, and other diverse talent in Mexico's workforce. The company provides an AI-powered platform for job recommendations, document support, and training for diverse talent, while also helping employers access diverse talent to increase productivity and retention. Hannah has been in this role since January 2021.

- Previously, Töpler was also the Founder & CEO of the pilot project of INTRARE. The pilot project aimed to help refugees and migrants start formal employment in Mexico. They provided mentoring, training, and support to over 70 individuals, while also focusing on making it easier for employers to become inclusive. Hannah held this position from May 2018 to January 2021.

- Töpler worked as the Management and Governance Coordinator at Oxfam México from July 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leadership in organizational and influencing strategy development, implementing organizational structure changes for higher efficiency, and managing change with the senior management team.

- Hannah worked as a Research Assistant at Comisión Mexicana de Defensa y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos A.C. from November 2016 to June 2017.

- Töpler had an internship with the Department of Political Affairs at the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany from January 2015 to May 2015. Hannah'sareas of focus were Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs, where they reported to the Foreign Office and represented the Mission in the Human Rights Council and Working Groups.

- Hannah worked as a Tutor at Model United Nations, supervising the public relations team and preparing simulations at Trier Model United Nations from May 2014 to May 2015.

- At the University of Trier, Töpler held multiple roles. Hannah worked as a Research Assistant from April 2013 to December 2014. Hannah served as the Student Representative in the Faculty Council of Political Science and History from April 2013 to December 2014, where they represented student interests regarding fiscal and organizational matters. Hannah was also the Student Representative in the Examination Committee of the Faculty of Political Science and History from June 2012 to December 2014, where they provided support to students and improved the system of providing information for affected students. Additionally, they served as the President of the Student Council for Political Science, coordinating and supervising a team of 20 and organizing events for students and academic staff, from April 2012 to April 2013. Hannah also worked on improving the exam situation for undergraduate students.

- Töpler had an internship at the European Foundation for Democracy from March 2013 to April 2013, where they worked in the Research and Policy Analysis section and conducted research and analysis on the ongoing crises in Syria and Mali. Hannah also provided organizational support for briefings and events.

- Hannah volunteered at the School and Orphanage Esaase from February 2011 to May 2011.

Hannah Töpler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Universität Trier, graduating in 2015. Hannah then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Political Theory at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, Hannah obtained a Certificate in International Labour Migration from the University of Oxford.
