The Role

We are looking for a driven, self-directed Learning expert, who is committed to growing the self and others around them. This role will ideate, project-manage, content-create and execute learning initiatives across our SEA region from end-to-end.

The incumbent will own learning metrics and KPIs pertinent to key business outcomes, demonstrating clear Learning ROI impacting our productivity and potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote sustainable development of the group’s internal bench of top talent

  • Manage, track and develop learning framework tied to promotion and development outcomes

  • Steward and champion the success of Intrepid’s very own in-house university Intrepid University, working alongside the Learning Partner Committee and our Course Authors

  • Work with the management team to collaboratively design and deliver talent development programs throughout employee lifecycles(e.g. onboarding programs, early manager training, early career training, and leadership programs for leaders at all levels)

  • Identify high potential employees and people managers, discuss successions plans and career pathing options and work with the management team  to ensure their successful career development within the company

  • Conduct skill gap analysis and provide learning solution guidance support that advances career progression for the employees

  • Create a learning environment conducive to social and professional growth

  • Manages learning resources for well-being, cultural training, and overall organisational health

  • Partners the business to drive Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiatives

  • Compile, collate and record Learning, Environmental, DEI and other related reporting requirements for the Group

  • Own all reporting analytics connected with Talent Management

  • Develop and promote internal mobility program

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university

  • At least 5 years of experience with a mix of rapidly scaling companies, multinational tech/internet companies and/or consulting experience, with experience focusing on talent development.

  • Demonstrated experience successfully piloting new strategic initiatives, iterating on improvements and scaling delivery. Experience with cross cultural project management at all levels with a consultative approach and persuasive communication.

  • Excellent analytical skills which involve working with quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.

  • A team player with great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
