Michelle Steane

With over 14 years of customer service and seven years of management experience, Ms. Steane has served Intrepid since January 2015. She brings experience in counterintelligence concepts, training coordination, and utility operations. She also holds a variety of Defense Security Services and Human Resources professional certifications. Ms. Steane has provided a streamlined approach to efficient and compliant strategies across multiple facets of corporate operations including program control, support, and direction, human resource policy and implementation, OCONUS deployment strategies, financial analysis and reconciliation, personnel security, and contract support, and training. She supports program operations with an emphatic focus on providing the very best experience and assistance to Intrepid’s personnel, partners, and customers alike. With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Religious Studies concentrating in International Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University, Ms. Steane brings a well-rounded balance necessary to provide program oversite to the IC and Defense communities.
