People Experience Program Manager at Intrinsic

Juliette Vautherot's work experience begins in 2010 at the Montjoux Festival, where they worked on dressing room preparation. In 2012, they had roles as a waitress at Orge et Olive and as a vendor at S.A POILANE. In 2013, they worked as an agent at Festival Nuits de Fourvière and as a French narrator at Crane Library. In 2014, they became the Country Manager at Bownty, focusing on user growth and engagement. Juliette then joined Google in 2016 as a Programmatic Account Strategist before transitioning to a User Support Specialist role in HR Ops, where they were responsible for designing and scaling HR programs. In 2018, they became the Singapore Wellness Lead at Google, overseeing wellness initiatives and project management. Juliette'smost recent role, starting in 2022, is as a People Experience Program Manager at Intrinsic, where they design programs and processes related to candidate and employee experience.

Juliette Vautherot completed their education in a sequential manner. In 2011, they enrolled at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and pursued a Bachelor's degree in IAE, completing it in 2013. Following that, they attended The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Continuing their educational journey, they then enrolled at Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016, completing their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Language and Culture with a focus on Diversity and Change Management.

In addition to their formal education, Juliette Vautherot has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Become an HR Business Partner" and "HR as a Business Partner" certifications from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they also obtained the "Textio Equitable Performance Feedback" certification from Textio in the same year.
