Shuwei (Wendy) Chen has over 16 years of work experience in the areas of sourcing, purchasing, and procurement. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Sourcing Manager at Intrinsic. Prior to that, they were Purchasing Manager - Import & Domestic at Woodstock Farms, Division of United Natural Foods Inc. from 2014-2022. Before that, they held the role of Procurement & Supply Chain Manager at Crispy Green, Inc. from 2006-2014.

Shuwei (Wendy) Chen attended Rutgers University-New Brunswick from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Master's degree.
