Maya Pencheva

Maya Pencheva's work experience includes serving as a Human Resources Director at Intrinsic Schools since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Trivedi Hospitality, LLC from 2013 to 2022. While at Trivedi Hospitality, they also worked as an Operations Manager from 2007 to 2013. Maya also worked as a Transition Outreach Specialist at Clearbrook in 2012, and as a Guest Service Representative at Best Western Plus Superior Inn in 2006.

Maya Pencheva obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Concordia University Chicago between the years 2010 and 2012. In 2015, they pursued further education at DePaul University, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management in 2016.
