Mihaela Munteanu

Mihaela Munteanu has extensive experience in debt collection and management, currently serving as Collection and Campaign Manager and Country Portfolio Manager at Intrum since September 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing financial results of purchased portfolios, developing and applying collection strategies, and managing collection team leaders. Prior to Intrum, Mihaela held various positions at EOS KSI Romania, including Operations Manager where coordination of collection teams and strategy development were key roles. Early career experience includes a legal adviser position at Urban & Asociatii, focusing on debt collection and civil and commercial law. Mihaela holds a degree in Law from "Dimitrie Cantemir" University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
