Brooke Lierman

Brooke Lierman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in optimizing employee digital experiences and collaboration technologies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Operations & Employee Digital Experience at McAfee since 2025, Brooke focuses on enhancing employee technology interactions and productivity through effective IT support and service management. Previously, as the VP of Workplace Technologies & IT Support at Okta, responsibilities included improving employee technology support and implementing enterprise service management systems. Prior roles at Gap Inc. and Visa involved strategic oversight of collaboration technologies and communications, further driving employee engagement and productivity. Brooke holds a Doctorate in Biokinesiology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
