Justin Okita is a seasoned operations and sales leader with extensive experience in tech startups and financial services. Currently, Justin is part of Inttent's Sales and Growth team, focusing on integrating transformational technology into documentation and workflow processes. Previously, Justin held key positions as Head of Operations at RallyWorks and CodeSignal, where responsibilities included managing finance, legal, and operations, along with developing strategies to enhance company performance and efficiency. Earlier roles include Head of Payment Operations and Sales and Operations Manager at EarnUp, and Investment Consultant at Scottrade. Justin holds a Finance degree from the University of San Francisco.
