Barrett Keene

Barrett Keene, PhD, currently serves as Director of Talent Development and Head of Manager Development at Intuit since January 2019. Previously, Barrett held positions at Tesla as Senior Manager for Talent and Leadership Development and Accenture as Manager and Senior Consultant in Leadership and Talent Development. With extensive experience in executive coaching, performance management, and leadership development, Barrett has worked with numerous organizations, including Fortune 25 and Fortune 500 companies. Earlier roles included Management Consultant at Keene Leadership Consulting and Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Cornell University, alongside teaching at Middleton High School. Barrett holds a PhD in Learning, Teaching, and Social Policy from Cornell University, a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education and Communications from the University of Florida.
