Cynthia Pozas

Cynthia Pozas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in optimizing people operations and enhancing employee experiences across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Intuit, Cynthia previously held the position of Senior Director of Global People Operations & Benefits at ChargePoint, where key achievements included developing a scalable global strategy for HR operations. At Nutanix, Cynthia advanced from Director to Senior Director of Global People Services, transforming HR service delivery and overseeing a team of over 50 across 10 countries. Prior to that, at Cisco Systems, Cynthia established HR's global vision for employee relations and contributed to various HR functions, improving service delivery and employee engagement. Cynthia holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
