Hai Harari

Hai Harari has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning from 1998 to the present. Hai began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as the Navy's Medical School Commander from 1998 to 2001. Hai then joined Intel Corporation in 2003, where they held various positions including Analyst, HRIS Systems, Global Projects Manager, Manager, HR Business Analysts, Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager, Talent Intelligence and Analytics, and Director, Talent Intelligence and Analytics. In 2019, Hai Harari joined Intuit as the Global Director, People Analytics and Technology, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President, People Analytics, Research and Technology in August 2021.

Hai Harari completed an Executive MBA in Technology from Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bsc in Industrial Engineering & Info systems from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating from 2002 to 2006. Hai also holds a PMP certification from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
