Jiayi (Ray) Cao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer business and product strategy. Currently serving as VP of Consumer Business & Strategy for the Consumer Group at Intuit, Jiayi previously held significant roles at TikTok as Managing Director and Global Head of Monetization Product Strategy & Operation, as well as Head of NA & EU Product Strategy & Operation. Jiayi is also a member of the Board of Directors for IAB Tech Lab. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Google in commercialization and analytical roles, and a senior consultant position in advanced data analytics at Merkle. Jiayi holds a Master’s degree in Marketing with a focus on Quantitative Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Shandong University.
