Matt Frost

Matt Frost has over 8 years of experience in HR and People Team roles. Matt started their career at Deloitte Consulting in 2010 as a Human Capital Consultant, where they led talent initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. In 2014, they joined Medallia, Inc. as a Sr. Manager in the People Team, where they helped scale the company from 400 to over 1,300 employees globally. Most recently, Matt served as the People Team/HRBP Director & Team Leader at Intuit, where they partnered with senior executives to enhance leadership team effectiveness and performance for QuickBooks FinTech and GTM teams.

Matt Frost attended UCLA and studied Business/Managerial Economics.
