Tracy MacDonald

Tracy Macdonald is an accomplished professional in content localization with extensive experience at Intuit since 1998, currently serving as the Head of Content Localization. At Intuit, Tracy has a proven track record of developing scalable enterprise solutions and aligning deliverables across the organization. Previously, as the Content Localization Manager, Tracy led the Information Design team for the Global Business Division, overseeing language localization for emerging markets and user interface content for Canadian and UK tax solutions. Earlier career roles included Senior Technical Writer and Technical Writer, where Tracy coordinated deliverables for financial software in both English and French markets. Tracy began professional experience at the City of Calgary as a Technical Writer, creating procedure manuals for customer service teams. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Applied Communications in Technical Writing from Mount Royal University.
