He is an avid technology enthusiast who helps business leaders evaluate opportunity through data driven analysis and competitive research. He has expertise in building high performing analytics teams and leading diverse teams of data scientists, reporting analysts and data engineers. With more than a decade of experience in analytics, he specializes in helping leaders execute on strategies related to customer acquisition, conversion, margin expansion, retention etc.. Sasan Goodarzi is chief executive officer (CEO) of [Intuit](/org/intuit), where he leads the company towards delivering on its mission of powering prosperity around the world. He assumed the role on Jan. 1, 2019.

During his 14 years with the company, Goodarzi has successfully led each of [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s largest businesses. Most recently, Goodarzi served as executive vice president and general manager of [Intuit](/org/intuit)'s Small Business and Self-Employed Group. Previously, he served as executive vice president and general manager of [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s Consumer Tax Group, as [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s chief information officer, as the general manager of [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s ProTax organization, and as the general manager of [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s Financial Services Division.

Before coming to [Intuit](/org/intuit), Goodarzi worked for Invensys, a global provider of industrial automation, transportation and controls technology, serving as global president of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at [Honeywell](/org/honeywell) and served as the CEO and co-founder of a technology startup, Lazer Cables Inc. 

Born in Tehran, Iran, Goodarzi came to United States as a child and grew up in Orlando, Florida. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children. He earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the [University of Central Florida](/org/university-of-central-florida) and a master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at [Northwestern University](/org/northwestern-university). Jeff Brewer is the VP & Chief Architect of the Small Business and Self Employed Group at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Jeff began their career as a software developer at Animatrix in 1992. Jeff then joined [Intuit](/org/intuit) in 1991 as a developer and worked there for two years before leaving to join Career Central as a Sr. Software Developer. Jeff worked at Career Central for five years before returning to [Intuit](/org/intuit) in 2007. Jeff has been with [Intuit](/org/intuit) ever since, and currently leads the team responsible for the development of QuickBooks Online.

Michael Radwin is currently a Data Scientist and Knowledge Engineer at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Michael has been with the company since January of 2011 and in their current role, they lead the development of a self-service Knowledge Representation & Reasoning system used by over 10 product teams. During their time at [Intuit](/org/intuit), they have also facilitated the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and loan forgiveness during the COVID-19 pandemic; created an explainable payroll overtime calculator used by small business owners to reduce their overtime errors from 59% to 11%; and enabled hundreds of tax expert error-checks to be codified accurately and quickly into a real-time rules engine used by TurboTax Live in the US & Canada. Prior to their current role, Mr. Radwin served as the Vice President of Engineering at Anchor Intelligence from February 2007 to January 2011 and as Director of Engineering, Platform at Yahoo from October 1998 to February 2007. Michael began their career as a Member Technical Staff - ATG at Adobe from July 1997 to September 1998.

Todd Stanley has been with [Intuit](/org/intuit) since 1996 and is currently their Vice President of Global Customer Success. Todd has been instrumental in transforming the customer success organization from a phone-based support model to a multiplatform support model.

Sarah Kreutzer is the Vice President of Customer Success for the Consumer Group at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Sarah has over twenty years of experience in marketing and analytics, with a focus on consumer lending.

Sarah began their career at [Capital One](/org/capital-one) Financial in August 1997 as a Senior Marketing Manager on the US Credit Card Direct Marketing team. In November 1999, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager for New Product Development in US Credit Card Operations. In January 2001, they became Director of Credit Policy Innovations for the US Credit Card division, where they were responsible for managing the profitability of the Subprime portfolio of 20 million accounts. In March 2002, they were promoted to Director of Marketing & Analysis for the Subprime Acquisitions team in the US Credit Card division. In August 2003, they were again promoted, this time to Senior Director of Marketing & Analysis for Prime Markets Online Auto Finance. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of business managers and increasing market share for the multi-billion dollar online auto lending business. Sarah remained in this position until October 2005, when they left [Capital One](/org/capital-one) to join [Intuit](/org/intuit).

At [Intuit](/org/intuit), Sarah has continued their focus on customer success. In their current role as VP of Customer Success for the Consumer Group, they are responsible for ensuring that customers are able to get the most out of [Intuit](/org/intuit)'s products and services.

Stacey Doynow is the current Director, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, Securities and M&A at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Prior to their current role, they served as Counsel for Amazon.com's Business Development - Payments team from May 2011 to January 2014. In this role, they advised 50+ U.S. and international business team members on contractual and regulatory issues relating to gift cards, credit products, payment processing and money transmission. Stacey also drafted and negotiated commercial agreements for the purchase, sale and distribution of gift cards and use of payment processing systems in US and international markets.

From June 2009 to August 2010, Doynow took a one- year sabbatical from Shearman & Sterling to serve as Assistant General Counsel for SecondMarket, Inc. As part of a 3-person legal team for a 5-year old start-up platform for the trading of illiquid assets, they advised 30+ employees on compliance with securities laws and FINRA rules, and provided guidance to senior executives on new business strategies. In addition, Doynow drafted and negotiated form documentation (confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, intermediary service agreements, and escrow agreements) in connection with the purchase and sale of private company securities (e.g., Facebook, [Zynga](/org/zynga), [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin), Twitter), whole loans, restricted public equity, auction rate securities, bankruptcy claims, limited partnerships, and CDOs/CLOs.

Dan McCarthy is the SVP, Global Marketing & U.S. Country Manager at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Prior to joining [Intuit](/org/intuit), Dan served as the Global Brand Franchise Leader - [Duracell](/org/duracell) at Procter & Gamble from January 2005 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for functional leadership of the Global Marketing organization and General Manager for the business with full responsibility for all Marketing, Design, consumer-led innovation and Business Development activities for the $2.5 billion [Duracell](/org/duracell) franchise (7 brands/product lines). Dan led a multi-functional team consisting of Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Design, Consumer Research and Sales. Dan also set global brand and business ‘where-to-play’ and ‘how-to-win’ strategies, created [Duracell](/org/duracell)’s first dedicated Digital Marketing team and led global Digital, Social and e-commerce strategy development. Niall started their career at Merrill Lynch as an Associate in the Investment Managers division. In 2002, they joined VeriSign as a business system analyst and eventually became the manager of the department. Mammad Zadeh is a VP of Engineering at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Mammad is responsible for all big data platforms and infrastructure including the data lake, ingestion pipelines, processing frameworks, real-time event and stream processing platforms, machine learning platform, NoSQL Persistence, tracking and clickstream, data catalog, governance, and security. 

Mammad has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Mammad started their career as an Architect at eTunnels, Inc. in January 2000. Mammad then moved to Yahoo in June 2000 and became the Director of Engineering for Social Platforms. Mammad left Yahoo in December 2009 to join Netflix as the Director of Engineering for Membership Platforms. In April 2012, they transitioned to [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) to lead their Distributed Data Systems team. Mammad left [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) in September 2017 to become an advisor for [Palo Alto Networks](/org/palo-alto-networks). 

Mammad joined [Intuit](/org/intuit) in September 2017 and has been there since August 2021.

Sheldon Cummings is the current VP of Sales Marketing and Partnerships at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Sheldon has previously held the position of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Sales Leader at [Intuit](/org/intuit) from March 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director North & Central Europe at Mondelēz International from August 2011 to February 2017.

Cummings began their career at Kraft Foods Group in June 2004 as the [Walmart](/org/walmart) Sales Marketing Director. Sheldon then moved to [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) in January 2003 as a Marketing Associate. Their final position before joining [Intuit](/org/intuit) was Marketing Manager at McMaster-Carr from July 1997 to March 2003.

Sheldon Cummings attended George School, a private high school in Pennsylvania. Sheldon then went on to [Wesleyan University](/org/wesleyan-university) where they studied sociology, government, and African American studies. After college, they worked in marketing and finance before attending [Northwestern University](/org/northwestern-university)'s Kellogg School of Management to get their MBA.

Aditi Dhagat is currently the VP and Fellow of Marketing Technologies at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Prior to this, they worked at [Sage Therapeutics](/org/sage-therapeutics), [Autodesk](/org/autodesk), and Nike. At Nike, they were in charge of Consumer Data Engineering for Nike Digital. Her role focused on transforming the data organization to better support the needs of personalization, segmentation, and experimentation in the digital age.

Dhagat has always been driven by a passion for technology and its potential to change lives. After getting their degree in Electrical Engineering from [Stanford University](/org/stanford), they started their career at [Intuit](/org/intuit), where they worked on a variety of projects including product development and web experience. Aditi then moved on to [Autodesk](/org/autodesk), where they worked on data-driven marketing initiatives.

In their current role at [Intuit](/org/intuit), Dhagat is focused on building or selecting, implementing, and scaling technologies to power digital businesses. Aditi is passionate about helping organizations unlock a full stack of digital capabilities, from data analytics to segmentation and content management, to product and web experiences. Under their leadership, [Intuit](/org/intuit) has become a leading provider of marketing technologies that help businesses grow and engage with their customers.

Aditi Dhagat has a Ph.D. in Theoretical Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an Executive Program in Finance & Accounting for the Non-financial Executive from the [Stanford University](/org/stanford) Graduate School of Business, and a B.S. in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Michele Iacovone is the Senior Vice President of Technology and Data at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Michele has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles. 

Iacovone started their career at Collabria as the Chief Technology Officer in 1999. There, they led the technology transformation of an early stage start-up from a single Microsoft-based product to PrintCommerce - a Java-based, highly scalable and global-ready print procurement platform. Michele built a 40+ person team managing technology strategy, implementation and operations. Iacovone was also actively involved in business development and joint venture with Japanese partners. The assets were transitioned to HP in 2001 upon sale of the company.

In 2001, Iacovone became the Chief Technology Officer at LiveCapital. There, they led product and technology in a highly dynamic start-up as they pivoted in search of commercially viable models. Iacovone transformed the technology from a loan marketplace, to hosted credit management enterprise software to, ultimately, an award winning SaaS platform for risk management (2005 Codie - Best Financial App).

From 2005 to 2011, Iacovone was the Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy & Architecture at D&B. There, they managed D&B's enterprise technology strategy and architecture to drive alignment with business strategy and corporate-wide initiatives.

Iacovone joined [Intuit](/org/intuit) as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Data in 2011. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and driving innovation across all of [Intuit](/org/intuit)’s products and services.

Nagesh Tonne is the VP of Product Development at [Intuit](/org/intuit). Nagesh has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry.

Tonne started their career as a software engineer at Freeworks.com, Inc. in April 1999. Nagesh worked there for two years before moving to PayCycle, Inc. in April 2001.

At PayCycle, Tonne was a scalability and platform engineer. Nagesh was responsible for guiding and mentoring engineers on data modeling, cache strategy, and writing scalable frameworks. Nagesh also designed and implemented a highly scalable ACH (electronic funds transfer system).

In July 2009, [Intuit](/org/intuit) acquired PayCycle and Tonne was identified as one of the key employees. Nagesh continued working at [Intuit](/org/intuit) in the same role, leading the scalability and performance engineering team.

Under their leadership, the team was able to improve the performance of auto tasks by 90%. Nagesh also designed an electronic tax payments extensible framework, which was adopted by more than 40 states. In addition, they implemented an accountant portal to manage multiple clients, view aggregated information, and easily auto login and switch between clients.

Nagesh Tonne attended Shree Jaychamrajendra college of engineering and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and communications.

Before returning to [Intuit](/org/intuit), Anton was the head of corporate development at Square. He also served as the financing lead for Square Capital, where he secured investments for Square's small business loan offering. 

Anton’s first position at [Intuit](/org/intuit) was vice president of corporate development. It was a great fit, where he built on his experience in venture capital, corporate development, and strategy. From 2011-2014, he redesigned the company’s acquisition playbook, and drove acquisition activity to a total value of over $2 billion.
