Renan Chittero

Renan Chittero serves as the HR Director at Intuitive since June 2020, focusing on strategic HR leadership for Product and Engineering Business Units. Previously, Renan held roles at Cruise, leading the People Business Partner’s team, and at R/GA, providing HR support and enhancing employee experience through data-driven decisions. Renan's experience includes significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities spanned global HR strategies and regional compensation management, as well as roles in LATAM Airlines and Serasa Experian centered on compensation consulting and organizational structure. Renan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Strategic Management from FIA Business School and a Business Management degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
