Aaron Miller

Head of Partnerships at InTulsa

Aaron Miller is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships at InTulsa. Prior to this, they were with Tempus, Inc. where they served as Talent Development. In this role, they were responsible for all performance management initiatives and led the communications and training effort to get 200+ managers aligned on the annual review process. Aaron also analyzed review data and translated findings into new initiatives in leadership development, including an all manager training program called Tempus U.

Aaron has also interned with both Tempus, Inc. and General Motors in their People Operations and Culture Transformation Intern roles respectively. During their time as an intern, they were involved in various projects related to organizational effectiveness, retention, recruitment, engagement, manager training and operational improvements.

Aaron is a highly motivated individual with a passion for developing people and organizations. Aaron is a strong communicator with excellent facilitation skills. Aaron is also analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in driving change within organizations.

Aaron Miller holds a Master of Science from Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational Change, and a BA from the University of Michigan in Metropolitan Strategic Development and French. Aaron also studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne, and is a certified leader from Raise The Bar Consulting in Open, Honest and Direct Certified Leader (Level 1).

They are on a team with Krystal Green - Talent Partner, Placements, Gabriel Torianyk - Analyst Technology, and Deb Shepherd - Marketing Specialist. Aaron Miller reports to Megan Thomas, Managing Director.
