Mark Fleming

Mark Fleming, CA, ICD.D, serves as Chairperson of the Board for Inuvik Gas Ltd. since May 2020 and Co-Chair of the Inuit Benefits Requirements Oversight Committee at the Department of National Defence. Mark is an External Investment Committee Expert for the Arctic Inspiration Prize and holds key positions at Canadian North as Vice Chair of the Board and Audit Committee Chair, as well as Chief Financial Officer.
