Michelle Hamilton

Michelle Hamilton is currently the Head of People Culture and Capability APAC at Invacare Australia & New Zealand. Prior to this, Michelle has held various leadership roles in human resources, organizational design, and change management in companies such as Wobbly Unicorns, Auckland Council, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Cinch HR, and NZME. With a background in Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English from The University of Auckland, Michelle brings a wealth of experience and expertise in driving diversity and inclusion, organizational design, culture, and performance in the workplace.
