Peterson Santos

Peterson Santos has extensive work experience in both technical support and engineering roles. Peterson began their career in 2005 as a Civil Engineer at FMM Engenharia Ltda and then worked as a Water Resources Engineer and Project Coordinator at RDR Consultores Associados. In 2010, they joined PAB Engenharia as a Water Resources Engineer and later moved to Intertechne Consultores Associados as a Civil Engineer specializing in Water Resources Engineering. In 2017, Peterson transitioned into the field of technical support, starting as a POS Technical Support at YM INC. Peterson then advanced to the role of POS Senior Technical Support until 2021. Currently, Peterson is working at Invafresh as a Technical Support Analyst and was promoted to the position of Technical Support Lead in February 2023. In their current role, they mentor and develops team members, collaborates with Engineering and Product Management, and ensures timely resolution of customer support cases.

Peterson Santos holds a Certificate in Computer Programming Applications from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2009 and 2012. Peterson also has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, which they earned from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Peterson has obtained various certifications, including Machine Learning with Python, Power BI Essential Training, SQL Server Integration Services, Tableau Essential Training, Intermediate Machine Learning, Data Analysis with Python, Data Engineering Foundations, Getting and Cleaning Data, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Peterson has also completed courses in R Programming and Python through Udemy.
