Derek Bagozzi

Derek Bagozzi has a strong background in finance and engineering with experience in various roles at multiple companies. Derek started their career as an Engineering Summer Intern at General Motors in 2002 and then at Pfizer in 2003. Derek joined Eli Lilly in 2004 as a Technical Services Representative, and later transitioned to becoming a Process Engineer. In 2009, they returned to Pfizer as a Graduate Summer Intern. From 2010 to 2021, Derek held multiple finance-related positions at Pfizer, including Business Analyst, Finance Manager, and Senior Finance Manager. Currently, they are Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Invaio Sciences, a position they have held since January 2022.

Derek Bagozzi holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a MSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 2003 to 2004. Bagozzi also earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1999 to 2003.
