Mae Quilty

Mae Quilty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Global Employee Engagement Lead at Invaio since July 2023. Prior to this, Mae worked at City Market, Onion River Co-op, where they held the position of Assistant Director of Community Engagement from January 2020 to September 2022. Mae also worked as the Outreach and Education Manager at the same company from June 2017 to January 2020. Mae has experience in the educational sector as well, serving as the Career Services Coordinator & Sustainability Instructor at New England Culinary Institute from October 2016 to June 2017. Mae also held the role of Instructor for "Shaping Our Sustainable Future" at the institute from December 2015 to June 2017. Additionally, Mae worked as the Farm to School Coordinator at Richmond Elementary School and Camel's Hump Middle School from August 2015 to July 2016. Mae has also served as the FoodWorks Site Coordinator at Middlebury College from February 2015 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the IHP Climate Change Trustees' Fellow at the School for International Training from May 2014 to December 2014, and as the GED Specialist at the United Teen Equality Center (UTEC) from November 2012 to July 2013. Overall, Mae brings a wealth of experience in employee engagement, community engagement, education, and sustainability.

Mae Quilty completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from Saint Michael's College from 2007 to 2011 and also studied Political Science at Stellenbosch University in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Mae Quilty has obtained certifications including Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights, a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University, and Permaculture Design from the Punta Mona Center for Sustainable Living and Education.
