Lloyd Dsouza

Lloyd Dsouza has extensive work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Lloyd is currently working as a Technical Project Manager DevOps - Scrum Master at Invasystems Inc, where they are responsible for managing the delivery roadmap, planning strategies, and proposing technical solutions. Prior to this, Lloyd worked as a Sr Project Implementation Manager at CTRL M Print Management India Pvt. Ltd, where they conducted information security risk assessments and managed cross-project dependencies. Lloyd also has experience as a Technical Support Manager (Solutions Architect) at CompuCom, where they managed the SharePoint and Salesforce team and improved customer support. Lloyd has expertise in SharePoint and Salesforce, as seen from their role as a Sr. SharePoint Lead and SalesForce CRM administration for Harmony Project at Bristlecone. Lloyd also worked as a Technical Support Team Lead /SharePoint Administrator at HH Global, a Technical Support Admin - Backend Support Admin at PLAYSPAN, and a Team Coach at Global-E-Services Pvt Ltd (International Call Centre). In addition, Lloyd has previous experience as a Team Leader at Standard Chartered Bank (Collections Consolidated Consultancy), where they provided top-notch service and assisted in creating training materials.

Lloyd Dsouza attended St. Francis D'Assisi High School in India, but no specific dates are given for this education. In 2006, they started their undergraduate studies at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a degree in Commerce. Lloyd completed their studies in 2009. In 2019, Lloyd enrolled in XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a degree in Information Technology Project Management, specifically an EDP (Executive Development Program), in 2020.
