Aada Kervinen

Aada Kervinen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People at Inven since July 2025. Previously, Aada worked as an Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles, where responsibilities included supporting executive searches and leadership consulting for major Finnish companies. Aada's experience spans roles such as Talent Acquisition Consultant at Agile Search, focusing on senior-level technical recruitment, and Recruitment Team Lead at LiveRing Oy, where Aada managed the recruitment function and developed employer branding strategies. Aada holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, with additional qualifications from National Taiwan University and the University of Münster, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Aalto University.
