Philipp Gomez

Philipp Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Philipp started their career at NEC Communication Systems Ltd. in 2007 as a Software Bridge Engineer, where they managed technical requirements, served as a technical leader, and provided technical support and issue resolution. In 2018, they joined NTT DATA as a Senior Business Analyst, working on the PWEB platform for DBS Consumer Banking Group. Their responsibilities included utilizing various technology tools such as Adobe Analytics, Confluence, Django, JIRA, and Python. In 2003, Philipp joined NEC Telecom Software Philippines, Inc. as a Software Design Manager, overseeing the design and implementation of new features for the vCPE Customer Web Portal. Philipp also served as a project manager, requirements manager, and Japanese liaison for technical support. In 2019, they moved on to Fast Retailing as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and recently, in 2023, they joined Invenco as a Senior Test Automation Engineer. Philipp's experience showcases their expertise in software design, quality assurance, and business analysis within different industries and technical environments.

Philipp Gomez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 from Japan Educational Exchanges And Services in 2009, the Fundamentals of IT Engineers certification from Philippine National IT Standards in December 2003, and the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 1.2 Platform certification from Sun Microsystems in April 2003.
