Titus Wong

Titus Wong has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Titus began their career in 2004 as an IT Assistant with the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, where they helped build experimental servers and provided end-user support.

In 2005, Titus joined PC Tronix Ltd. as a Technician, where they provided PC support, managed customer invoices, and conducted website updates.

Titus then transitioned to ProCare Health Limited in 2008, starting as an IT Support professional before being promoted to Network Administrator in 2012. In these roles, they handled various IT responsibilities such as server and network infrastructure management, technology project management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user support.

In 2014, Titus joined Appserv Limited as a Cloud Support Engineer, supporting the design and maintenance of customer applications and server builds.

In 2016, they joined Vensa as a React Frontend Developer, responsible for providing UI operation for a health platform, creating new features and projects with React.js, monitoring frontend performance, and collaborating with the business and design team for product development.

Most recently, in 2022, Titus joined Invenco as an Intermediate Web Developer, where they are currently employed.

Titus Wong earned a Bachelor of Computing System (Networking) degree from Unitec | Te Pūkenga, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in the field of information technology. These include the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco, obtained in November 2015, and the VMware Certified Professional 6 – Network Virtualization (VCP6-NV) certification from VMware, obtained in June 2015. Titus also holds the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician certification from Cisco, earned in July 2014, and the VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Centre Virtualization certification from VMware, achieved in July 2013.

Further certifications obtained by Titus are from Microsoft. Titus is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Server 2008 (obtained in April 2012) and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator in 2008 (obtained in March 2012). Titus also holds several Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications in Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure (obtained in December 2011), Server 2008 Active Directory (obtained in September 2011), and Server 2008 Network Infrastructure (obtained in September 2011). Additionally, Titus has a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification in Server 2003, which they obtained in July 2010, and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification in Windows 7 Configuration (obtained in July 2010). Their earliest Microsoft certification is the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification, achieved in January 2008.
