Theresa Neil

Theresa Neil is an innovative leader in the technology and healthcare industries, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Femovate, a program dedicated to providing design capital for early-stage femtech startups. With a focus on catalyzing funding for emerging companies, Femovate has successfully leveraged $2M to assist in securing over $120M in follow-on investments. In addition to this role, Theresa holds several high-level positions, including Chief Product Officer at Invene and Chief Digital Product Officer at Incora Health. Previously, Theresa founded and led Guidea, a respected digital product design consultancy, until its acquisition by Invene. Theresa has also partnered with notable companies like BrightInsight, Johnson & Johnson, and IBM, contributing strategic insights and design solutions in healthcare and technology. Theresa holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business and an MBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas.
