Tatiana Pankrats has extensive work experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Tatiana worked at invenioLSI as a Senior Director, Strategic Engagement & COS, where they focused on implementing and supporting SAP software solutions for Government, Education, and Healthcare markets. Prior to that, they worked at SAP in various roles, including Sr. Regulated Industries Solution Specialist and Sr. Analytics & Insights Solution Specialist, where they were responsible for positioning and articulating the business value of SAP's solutions to healthcare providers and payers. Before joining SAP, Tatiana worked at iData Research as a Senior Research Communication Executive, where they were involved in business communications, corporate positioning, and customer research and analysis activities for medical device and dental companies. Tatiana also worked at PSL Group as a Research Associate, conducting interviews and focus groups with healthcare specialists and patients. Throughout their career, Tatiana has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and building relationships with clients.

Tatiana Pankrats has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Business Management from Simon Fraser University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in SAP Leonardo and SAP Design Thinking from SAP in July 2018 and August 2017 respectively.
