Karoline Sandnes Bommen

Karoline Sandnes Bommen is currently working at Inventas as a Gruppeleder for Digital Design and also holds the role of Disiplinleder for Strategisk produktutvikling in Region Øst. Karoline is also a Gruppeleder for Strategisk innovasjon and Design at the same company, where Karoline is also the Lokasjonsleder in Oslo. Previously, Karoline was a Partner and Lead Designer at Montaag and held the role of Head Of Design at Equinor. Karoline has a background in Industrial and Product Design, with experience working in various design-related roles in companies such as Nordic — Office of Architecture and Nordpeis AS. Karoline has a diverse educational background, including degrees from University of California, Berkeley and Oslo and Akershus University College.
