Frederic FLANDRIN

Frederic FLANDRIN has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frederic currently works as a Senior Clinical Project Manager at Inventiva Pharma since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Lead Study Manager at AIXIAL from September 2021 to September 2022.

Frederic also has experience in the education field, where they worked as a Speaker at ESTA School from April 2020 to June 2022.

In the biotechnology sector, Frederic held various roles at Cellprothera. Frederic started as a Clinical Site Manager in March 2018 and later became the Senior Clinical Development Manager-Head of Clinical Operations from August 2018 to July 2020. Frederic then served as the Director of Clinical Affairs from July 2020 to August 2021, where they were responsible for strategic translation of business objectives into clinical requirements for clinical trials and managed a global internal team.

Prior to their time at Cellprothera, Frederic worked at GeNeuro SA as a Clinical Development Project Manager from July 2016 to March 2018. Frederic also served as a Clinical Project Manager at MDT Int'l s.a. from February 2016 to June 2016.

Frederic gained valuable experience at The Medicines Company, where they worked as the European Clinical Operations Manager from January 2012 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for project management activities and oversaw multiple Phase IIIb/IV clinical trials in several countries. Frederic also served as a Medical Science Liaison at The Medicines Company from January 2009 to January 2012.

Earlier in their career, Frederic worked as a Hospital Sales Representative at Sanofi from 1990 to 2008 and as an R&D Chemist at RUGGIERI Fireworks from 1988 to 1990.

Frederic Flandrin's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and obtained a degree in CHIMIE from the IUT program in 1986. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a BULATS Score B2 from Cambridge English Language Assessment in December 2015. Frederic also became a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) through FORMATIS/CLINACT Formation in July 2015. Frederic obtained a Certificate in Clinical Research and GCP from Brookwood International Academy in 2014. Frederic also received certifications in Project Management Mastery from The Medicines Company in 2014, "How to work with a CRO?" from IFIS - Institut de Formation des Industries de Santé in 2012, and SIGREC (French Database of Clinical Trials Follow-up) in 2012. In 2011, Frederic obtained a certification in Health Economic Trials from IFIS - Institut de Formation des Industries de Santé. Frederic also received a certification in Monitoring Skills from Phlexglobal in 2010. Frederic's most recent certification is in Good Manufacturing Practice, which they obtained from IFIS - Institut de Formation des Industries de Santé in July 2018.
