Senior Clinical Project Manager at Decibel Therapeutics

Arielle Goldsmith has extensive work experience in clinical project management and trial operations. Arielle currently holds the position of Senior Clinical Project Manager at Decibel Therapeutics since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis Gene Therapies, starting in April 2020, where they initially served as a Global Trial Manager and later became an Associate Manager in Clinical Trial Operations until May 2021. Arielle also worked as a Project Specialist at AveXis, Inc. from March 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they were a Clinical Trials Project Manager at GlobalCare Clinical Trials, LLC from March 2017 to March 2019. Arielle began their career at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago as a Research Assistant from September 2010 to January 2012 before transitioning into the role of Project Manager from January 2012 to March 2017.

Arielle Goldsmith completed their education with a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Kiniesiology/Sport Psychology from Michigan State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Kinesiology respectively from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Arielle Goldsmith has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they acquired a certification in "Regulatory Affairs: The IND, NDA, and Post-Marketing" from DIA. Arielle also completed a certification in "Practices and Principles of Gene Therapy" from Stanford Center for Professional Development in September 2018. Arielle obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2020. Lastly, they achieved the Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in November 2015.
