Felipe Guidi

Felipe Guidi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and business management. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Structured Finance at Monte Capital Management and as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Structured Finance at Monte Rodovias since December 2020, Felipe Guidi has demonstrated expertise in financial strategies. Additional roles include Board Member of the Fiscal Council at INVEPAR and Committee Member for Investments and New Business at Norte Saneamento. Prior to these positions, Felipe Guidi co-founded and led BF CAPITAL as Managing Partner, specializing in structured finance and M&A, and worked with Valora Participações S.A. on infrastructure projects and corporate project finance. Felipe Guidi's educational background includes an MBA from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo and specialized training from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University, The Wharton School, MIT Sloan Executive Education, and Stanford University.
