James Napier

James Napier is currently the Senior Vice President Of Engineering at InVeris Training Solutions, where James leads a team in developing training simulators for militaries and law enforcement agencies. Prior to this, James held various engineering leadership roles at Meggitt Training Systems and FATS, where James focused on software and systems engineering. James also has experience working on projects for the Singapore Police Coast Guard and the International Space Station during their time at Draper Laboratory. James holds a B.S. and MEng in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
