Lamart Bazile

Lamart Bazile began their work experience in 1994 as a Computer/Network Support Specialist at The MIL Corporation, where they managed system management duties on a 3500 node Pathworks LAN. In 1996, they joined AMERICAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. as a Project Lead/Senior Network Engineer, utilizing IT management methodologies on various projects. In 1998, Lamart became a Project Manager/Site Lead at MIL, managing a technical team of 50 employees and overseeing daily operations. Lamart then joined Qualtech in 2003 as VP Operations, responsible for project management and over 130 subcontractors. In 2012, Lamart became the Chief Operations Officer at Inverness Technologies. Throughout their career, they have focused on strategic business-IT alignment, development and execution of initiatives, and improving productivity and customer satisfaction.

Lamart Bazile obtained a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Stockton University, studying from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, attending from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Science in Management (MSM) from the same university, studying from 2001 to 2003.
