Laura Seggedi currently serves as the Head of Business Excellence at INVERTO, A BCG Company, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held multiple positions at REWE FÜR SIE Handelsgenossenschaft eG, including Bereichsleiterin Unternehmensentwicklung and Projektleiterin, from April 2018 to February 2023. Laura also contributed to Durststrecke GmbH as Prokuristin from December 2019 to May 2022, and worked on project-related activities at Deutschlandradio focused on salary and fees in 2017. Additionally, during 2016-2017, Laura completed a master's thesis on process optimization in public companies at Deutschlandradio. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as CEO of OSCAR GmbH, managing customer acquisition and various consulting projects from December 2013 to July 2015. Laura holds a Master of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Cologne and has an exchange semester at Università Bocconi.
