Prior to this role, Silke held various HR positions at companies such as The Nunatak Group, KPS AG, Atos Consulting, Monitor Deloitte, and Baxter Deutschland GmbH. Silke has a diverse background in HR, recruiting, marketing, and talent acquisition. Silke completed their education with a 1. Staatsexamen in Psychology & English from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, as well as additional studies at Haufe Akademie, AFW Wirtschaftsakademie, and the University of Strathclyde.
