Anita De Frank is a Senior Counsel at Invesco Ltd., with previous experience as an Associate Attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP and K&L Gates. Anita's expertise lies in representing registered investment companies and mutual fund boards of directors, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prior to their legal career, Anita obtained a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and dual B.A. degrees in English and History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
