Caroline Atkinson

Caroline Atkinson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Invesco Ltd. since October 1997, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent. Caroline Atkinson has designed and implemented global talent strategies aligned with business goals and cultural aspirations, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Leadership, Learning, and DE&I initiatives across multiple regions. Previous roles include Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Head of Human Resources EMEA, and Head of HR Global Operations & Technology, where contributions included developing HR strategies, managing large-scale organizational changes, and enhancing diversity reporting. Additionally, Caroline Atkinson serves as a Voluntary HR Adviser to the CEO at Fields in Trust and was the Chair of the HR Committee at The Investment Association from 2019 to 2022. Caroline Atkinson holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
