Noah Downer

Noah Downer is currently the Director of Economic Development at Invest Atlanta. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategic Growth Services at Bridge Innovate from September 2021 to December 2021. In this role, Noah led all client engagement and strategic partnership opportunities for the company. Noah also created, negotiated, and delivered presentations on design thinking, strategy, and innovation projects.

From March 2015 to September 2021, Noah was the Global Sales Manager at Delta Air Lines. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in key international markets. Noah also managed a team of sales professionals and developed training programs to improve sales productivity.

Before their career in sales, Noah worked as an International Trainee at Universidade Salvador from May 2010 to October 2010. In this role, they assisted with the development and implementation of internationalization strategies for the university. Noah also researched and wrote reports on trends in international education.

Noah began their professional career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of International Business at Georgia State University from September 2008 to December 2009. In this role, they conducted research on international business topics and assisted with the development of international business curriculum. Noah also advised students on study abroad opportunities and internships.

After completing their graduate studies, Noah worked as an International Affairs Protocol Officer for the City of Atlanta from November 2010 to March 2015. In this role, they assisted with the planning and

Noah Downer has a Masters in International Business from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, as well as a BA in Spanish with an international business concentration from the same school. Noah also has certification from Bridge Innovate in both Bridge Innovate Foresight Scouts and Entrepreneurial Growth & Community Impact Badge.
